SMS Verification

This page documents how RC Property Solutions ("RCPS") collects consent before sending SMS messages, and what a property owner can expect after opting in. For the full terms, see our SMS Communication Policy.

How Consent Is Collected

A property owner may be contacted by SMS in one of two ways:

• Direct outreach: RCPS identifies a property through publicly available county and municipal property records, and sends an initial introductory text to the phone number associated with that property, if one is available. This first message identifies RCPS and explains why the property owner is being contacted, and includes opt-out instructions.
• Website form submission: A property owner who submits their phone number through a form on this site (Home or Contact page) is providing express consent to be contacted by RCPS by phone or SMS regarding their property.

What to Expect

• Message types include property inquiries, scheduling, offer details, and follow-up.
• Message frequency varies depending on the conversation — there is no fixed schedule.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any transaction with RCPS.

Opting Out or Getting Help

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from RCPS — this is honored immediately and automatically. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at our Contact page.
